Chris Meyer
MD, FACS, RVT
Dr. Christopher Meyer is a graduate (Summa Cum Laude) of the University of Notre Dame, and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Following medical school, Dr. Meyer completed his surgical residency at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, and moved to Central Florida in 2004, where he has been dedicated to providing state-of-the-art care in General and Vascular Surgery in Orlando, FL.
During his training in state of the art care for patients suffering from vein and vascular disease, Dr. Meyer realized that patients with venous disease were being ignored by the medical community. Although patients suffered from pain related to varicose veins and venous disease, they were told that its treatment was merely cosmetic, and not a medical issue. As a result, Dr. Meyer started Florida Vein Care Specialists in order to service the vascular health needs of patients in Florida. Dr. Meyer is dedicated to the care and cure of venous disease ranging from varicose veins, chronic swelling, venous ulcers, and spider veins.
To cure these conditions, he uses cutting edge, minimally invasive medical procedures. These include: Endovenous Laser Therapy (EVLT), Endovenous Radiofrequency Ablation, Balloon and stenting of narrowed veins, Clarivein, Sclerotherapy, phlebectomy (vein removal), and Vein Gogh Ohmic Thermolysis.

J. Garry Wrobleski
Dr. J. Garry Wrobleski, Jr. is a board-certified vascular surgeon and a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. Dr. Wrobleski grew up in the Scranton suburbs of northeast Pennsylvania. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Scranton and went on to receive his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
He completed both his internship and General Surgery residency programs in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Wrobleski then completed a vascular surgery fellowship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, where he received extensive endovascular training and was named Chief Vascular Fellow.
Dr. Wrobleski is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, American Osteopathic Board of Surgery, and the Florida Medical Society. Highly regarded in academia, he serves as a board member and examiner for the national vascular surgery oral board examinations.
Dr. Wrobleski has been a dedicated specialist in vein care since 2001, bringing over 24 years of experience in diagnosing and treating venous disorders. Throughout his career, he has remained at the forefront of advancements in vein health, utilizing cutting-edge techniques to treat conditions such as varicose veins, spider veins, chronic venous insufficiency, lymphedema, and deep vein thrombosis.
Jared Reiss
PA-C
Jared Reiss, PA-C has a wealth of experience caring for patients over the last twenty one years. He has been a nationally certified Physician Assistant since 1995. He is a skilled educator of patients as well as colleagues. Jared is an expert in the diagnosis and management of venous disease. Jared provides treatments in Orlando and our other 8 offices, as does Dr. Meyer. Together, they ensure our patients receive the education and personal care they are looking for.
In addition, Jared came to Florida Vein Care Specialists after spending many years in other specialties, which has allowed him to provide our patients even further insight into their care. He has helped teach injection workshops around the country at the American Academy of Physician Assistant National Conferences every year for the last twelve years. He is a proven healthcare provider. Jared is an integral part of our team.
Raul Leoni
MSN, NP-C
Raul Leoni – Nurse Practitioner is originally from Ohio but moved to Central Florida in 2015. He has extensive experience in Family Practice medicine as well as Vascular Medicine. He has a master’s degree as a nurse practitioner from Case West Reserve University and undergraduate from Kent State both in Ohio.
He has a keen interest in lower extremity vascular issues and works to eliminate both spider and varicose veins in patients by way of lasers and radio frequency procedures. He is a big sports fan and at one time played professional baseball.
Danny Cheng
PA-C
Danny Cheng, PA-C, originally from New York, moved to Central Florida in 2001. Danny completed his Bachelors in Health Sciences at the University of Central Florida, and obtained his Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from DeSales University in Pennsylvania. Danny is a Nationally Certified by the National Commission On Certification of Physician Assistants. Prior to joining Florida Vein Care Specialists, Danny practiced as a Surgical Physician Assistant at a Level 1 Trauma Center.
Danny believes in a patient-centered approach and provides patient care at our multiple Florida locations. Danny is able to diagnose, treat and educate patients on a variety of lower extremity venous diseases. With his background in surgical sub-specialties, he works together with Dr. Christopher Meyer in performing the most up-to-date clinical procedures to effectively treat venous disease.
In his leisure time, Danny loves to travel. He has visited 15 countries so far and genuinely enjoys trying different cultural cuisines.
